Synopsis
Syzygy Darklock makes pacts with dark forces in order to gain mystical powers. He is nearly killed and ends up sacrificing his one true love, Sister Marian, to demons that he might achieve his destiny.
Notes
The backs of some later Eclipse comics list this issue as #5 in the Eclipse Graphic Album Series, but it is not listed that way in the book itself. This is Metamorphosis Odyssey Book Two. Metamorphosis Book One was serialized in Epic Illustrated #1-9. The Metamorphosis Odyssey continues in [Marvel Graphic Novel #3 ([September] 1982)](app://issue/35950).
