Synopsis
A woman living alone in lighthouse makes a trip to the mainland to go scavenging for supplies. She has a near miss in the market but manages to escape. Two brothers who live on a boat stop at the lighthouse. The woman kills the older brother after a seagull attacks him. In a military compound, a general has several of the undead held captive. He studies them and has his troops use them for target practice. This practice upsets the Vice President.
