Richard Henry Benson a.k.a. The Avenger gathers together a number of skilled people who had all been irreparably damaged by crime, forming Justice, Inc. Its members include: Fergus "Mac" MacMurdie (in "Justice, Inc."), Algernon Heathcote "Smitty" Smith (in "Justice, Inc."), Nellie Gray (in "The Yellow Hoard"), Josh and Rosabel Newton (in "The Sky Walker"), and Cole Wilson (in "Murder On Wheels").
