Synopsis

Janet is raised by her parents to be the most attractive, popular and desirable girl in high school and college. She decides to capitalise on this by acting on the stage, and gets a role in a play. Janet and fellow performer Louise are roommates, and Janet is shocked when Louise dates set designer Dean instead of her. Janet renounces her glamourous image and takes a more serious “character” role. Dean explains he and Louise only pretended to be dating to shock Janet into this action, and Dean and Janet embrace.
