Synopsis

Grace meets Rex, a tourist in her small town; he has no cash and the hotel won’t take a check, so Grace allows him to stay at her family’s farm. They fall in love. One day Rex borrows some money and leaves, telling Grace he’ll send for her. Jane arrives and tells her Rex is a swindler who has fooled many women. Grace meets Rex and gives him more money, then discovers him with another woman but, obsessed, still loves him. She marries him and hopes love will change him.
