Funded through a Kickstarter campaign, with the above "On Sale" date reflecting when general shipping/fulfillment was first announced in an update. All crowdfunding backers of the physical issue also received a new A4-sized Switchblade Stories color print with art by Alex Ronald, and an A4-sized color print of the cover art (without logo and credits).
