Funded through a Kickstarter campaign, with the above "On Sale" date reflecting when general shipping/fulfillment was first announced in an update. All crowdfunding backers of the physical issue also received an A4-sized color print of the issue's cover (without logo and credits), and a "floating head" Switchblade Stories sticker.
