Funded through a Kickstarter campaign, with the above "On Sale" date reflecting when general shipping/fulfillment was first announced in an update. All crowdfunding backers of the physical issue also received a randomly selected Scarlet Sister mini artcard (out of 8 possible designs/poses), and a 15cm-tall Scarlet Sister vinyl sticker.
