Synopsis

Jimmy Gray heads for Paris to attend a royal ball. Meanwhile The Archer begins using his powered & radio controlled arrows to steal jewelry. At the ball he steals Princess Zanya's tiara. The Shadow gives chase, but falls from a three story building. When the tiara turns out to be fake, the Archer strikes again with a gang. Inspector Drummond arrives to help the French police. This time The Shadow is ready.
