Synopsis

Limpy visits a dive on "the dingy back streets of London's East End." The locals tell him "The White Slavers are at it again!" Jimmy Gray gets a lead to the Rio Agency from some show girls. The Shadow investigates. Escaping thugs & police alike, The Shadow forces a confession out of the ring's #2. Then he goes after #1.
